Harby & Associates is growing, and we're looking for a licensed real estate agent to join our team serving Maple Ridge, Langley, and the wider Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver markets. We work across buyer and seller representation, new construction, presale, and investors.

What you'll be doing
- Guide clients through buying, and selling from first conversation to closing
- Run showings and open houses that actually bring in serious buyers and tenants
- Negotiate offers and contracts that get your clients a good outcome, not just a fast one
- Build marketing for your listings through social media, online platforms, and traditional channels
- Keep clean records of client conversations, listings, and transaction paperwork
- Respond to clients quickly and clearly, no one likes waiting on their agent
- Stay sharp on Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver market trends, property values, and local regulations
- Handle the administrative side: scheduling, contract prep, coordinating with other agents and professionals
What you bring
- A valid BC real estate license
- Sales and customer service experience is preferred, but training is provided
- Willingness to take constructive criticism
- Bilingual or multilingual ability is a strong plus for our diverse client base
- Clear, direct communication, written and verbal
- A genuine customer-first mindset
- Strong organization, you can juggle multiple files without dropping the ball
- Comfortable working independently, but a real team player
