Italpasta Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk/ Customer Programs Administrator to join the company. It is a full-time permanent position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Match accruals (rebates & trade promotion) with deductions
- Investigate any unauthorized deduction
- Review deductions performed by customers to accruals for accuracy
- Give Supervisor updated Customer Program when authorized by Sales Manager
- Request Back up/Repayment of deduction from customers.
- Filing & setup files, Photocopying etc.
- Enter Salesman credit notes into Credit Note System
- Enter damages and shorts credit notes into system
- Assist in annual financial audit
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience will be preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong math skills and the ability to analyze financial information accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on effective communication.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is advantageous.
