We are seeking a, service-focused Sales Coordinator to work at one of our showrooms. As a Sales Coordinator, your focus is to support the sales team, which includes welcoming guests, administrative duties, and handling contracts.
Working with the Sales Team, the Sales Coordinator will:
- Be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Register, orientate, and tour visitors
- Perform administrative duties, including managing contracts, entering data into the CRM, and updating conveyancing reports
- Work with the marketing team to ensure all the events and marketing campaign are in full effect
The ideal Sales Coordinator candidate will:
- Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and web navigation
- Be able to take initiative and be proactive
- Have excellent multi-tasking and organization skills
- Be adaptable and positive
- Be team-oriented
- Real estate experience is an asset
