Sam's Place Farm Market is looking to add some additional employees to help finish off the season. We are located in the small town of Scotland on Highway 24, just 15 minutes south-west of Brantford and 15 minutes north of Simcoe.
We are looking for someone passionate about customer service and quality fruits and vegetables. We proudly source local foods whenever possible as well as providing a range of other products. Successful applicants will need to exhibit flexibility and the desire to learn.
A successful applicant will be comfortable…
· Working early mornings and into the evening Monday to Sunday
· Working multiple weekend shifts and available during holidays as these are our busiest times at the market
· Providing excellent customer service ensuring our loyal guests are satisfied with their experience and our products
· Standing and walking for long periods of time and repetitive lifting of up to 30lbs
· Working in a greenhouse environment including exposure to sun and exposure to high temperatures
Both part-time and full-time positions are available. We are looking to add employees who have availability primarily during daytime weekday hours but weekends will also be required. We are a seasonal business so we are looking for candidates who are available up until we close which is October 12, 2026.
