Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. This role is essential to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests and visitors. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish supplies as needed
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to ensure cleanliness
- Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned
- Ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations at all times
Experience
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in hotel or hospitality environments
- Experience with industrial cleaning or custodial work is a plus
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism while interacting with guests and staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
