Enerpro Systems Corp. is a leading sub-metering and energy management company specializing in the installation, commissioning and services of BTU, water, gas, and electric metering systems across residential and commercial construction projects.
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Field Superintendent to oversee field operations and support successful project delivery across multiple active job sites.
Position Summary:
The Field Superintendent is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating field technicians, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within project timelines.
This role plays a key part in operational executions, workforce scheduling, quality control, and communication between the field and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Operations & Execution
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field technicians across multiple job sites
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on project priorities and tielines
- Oversee installation, termination, and commissioning activities for BTU, water, gas, and electric metering systems
- Monitor field productivity, workmanship quality, and project progress
- Conduct regular site visits and provide technical support to field staff
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Coordinate with Project managers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify scheduling conflicts, project risks, and site issues proactively
- Notify Project Mangers when third-party work is required before Enerpro can proceed or complete scope
- Ensure commissioning, testing, and project closeout activities are completed properly
- Provide regular field updates and progress reporting
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and support field technicians in daily operations
- Promote accountability, professionalism, and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and site safety requirements
- Assist with onboarding and training new field staff, and performance evaluations of field staff
Health, Safety & Quality Assurance
- Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and site-specific requirements
- Promote a safety-first culture across all field operations
- Ensure all work meets Enerpro’s quality standards and client specifications
- Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions where deficiencies are identified
Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance field efficiency and reduce project delays
- Optimize resource utilization, including labor, tools, and materials
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices for field operations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in construction, HVAC, mechanical, electrical or field operations enviornments
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing field technicians or site crews
- HVAC, electrical, or mechanical background preferred
- Strong understanding of construction site operations and scheduling coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Preferred Qulaifications:
- Experience in sub-metering or energy management industries
- Experience with BTU, water, gas, or electric metering systems
- Experience with commissioning mechanical or electrical systems
- Technical certifications or trades background considered an asset

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional overtime or adjusted hours based on project requirements

Pay: $75,000.07-$85,000.00 per year
