Our office would like to invite one receptionist to join our administrative team. Previous experience preferred, however, we are willing to train the right fit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checking in and checking out all patients
- Answering/ directing calls and e-mail requests for appointments
- Providing patients with service information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to work as an individual and as part of a team.
- Must be a reliable, responsible, accountable and punctual worker.
- Must be detail-oriented, follow confidentiality and able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
Compressed Work Week Schedule:
- Tuesday: 8am - 6:30pm (10 hrs + 1/2 hour lunch break)
- Wednesday: 7am - 5:30pm (10 hrs + 1/2 hour lunch break)
- Thursday: 7am - 5:30pm (10 hrs + 1/2 hour lunch break)
- Friday: 7am - 3:30pm (8 hrs + 1/2 hour lunch break)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
