Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM implementations and a proven track record of leading complex digital transformation programs within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industries.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud PLM initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The role requires a strong blend of project management, technical leadership, solution governance, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
The Technical Project Manager will collaborate closely with business leaders, product owners, enterprise architects, regulatory teams, and Oracle Cloud PLM consultants to successfully implement and optimize Product Lifecycle Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PLM implementation and transformation programs.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
- Establish project milestones and ensure successful execution across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, project methodologies, and organizational governance processes.
- Oracle Cloud PLM Delivery Oversight
- Oversee solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support activities related to Oracle Cloud PLM.
- Provide leadership across Oracle Cloud PLM modules including:
- Product Development (PD)
- Product Data Hub (PDH)
- Change Management
- Innovation Management (preferred)
- Review functional and technical solution designs to ensure alignment with business and enterprise architecture standards.
- Drive successful implementation of Oracle Redwood UX capabilities and user adoption initiatives.
- Oversee data migration activities from legacy PLM systems into Oracle Cloud PLM.
- Stakeholder & Business Engagement
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into project deliverables.
- Manage relationships with business users, IT leadership, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, design reviews, and solution validation sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.
- Technical Leadership
- Provide technical governance and oversight for Oracle Cloud PLM solutions.
- Review integration architecture involving Oracle Cloud PLM, ERP, SCM, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and external systems.
- Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Guide teams on best practices related to Oracle Cloud applications, integrations, data migration, and performance optimization.
- Risk, Quality & Compliance Management
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support validation and compliance activities applicable to Pharma and Healthcare environments.
- Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis for critical project challenges.
- Production Support & Continuous Improvement
- Oversee post-go-live support and hypercare activities.
- Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operational support teams.
- Monitor solution performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for PLM adoption and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years managing Oracle Cloud implementation programs.
- 5+ years of strong experience delivering Oracle Cloud PLM projects.
- 5+ years of proven experience managing global and cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of strong understanding of Oracle Cloud PLM architecture and implementation methodologies.
- 8+ years of experience managing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery models.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is
$50 to $62 CAD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
