Lead Hand – Maintenance
We are seeking a Lead Hand to join our Maintenance team. Job Duties & Responsibilities

Ability to operate all relevant equipment such as push mower, string trimmer, blower, stick edger

Report daily on time to Crew Leader

Discuss daily plan with Crew Leader
-
Attend tailgate meetings as required
-
Load and unload work trucks and trailers
-
Assist crew leader in completion of timesheets

Review the day’s events with Crew Leader
-
Train crew daily, as to proper techniques, work procedures, maintenance and safety issues
Qualifications
-
3 years landscape maintenance experience
-
1 year prior leadership experience
-
Proficient in driving truck with trailer attached

Valid Full G driver’s license with clean abstract

Ability to lift 15 – 30 kg, as well as to perform physically-demanding tasks

Own transportation
