Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Store Associate to join our restaurant eam. This role is essential in providing exceptional service, driving sales, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of retail sales, and the ability to engage customers effectively. Experience in a restaurant environment along with knowledge of POS systems, and basic math.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable advice on products
- Manage POS transactions accurately, including cash handling
- Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques
- Engage in inside sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills in English; Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian language is considered a strong asset in this role.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math calculations
- Knowledge of merchandising, product demos, upselling techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team while maintaining professionalism
