Location: Mitchell, Ontario
Hours: 40–50 hours per week (consistent, full season)
We are a growing landscaping company based in Mitchell, ON, looking to add experienced leaders to our team. We’re hiring Hardscape Lead Hands, Hardscape Foreman, and a Garden Maintenance Foreman. Open Positions & Wages
Hardscape Lead Hand $25–$30/hour
-Lead a crew on hardscaping projects
-Read plans and manage daily tasks
-Ensure quality workmanship and job efficiency
-Maintain safety standards on site
Hardscape Foreman $30–$40/hour
-Oversee job sites and multiple crew members
-Coordinate materials, schedules, and workflow
-Ensure projects are completed on time and to spec
-Communicate with management and clients
Garden Maintenance Foreman $30–$40/hour
-Competitive wage based on experience
-Lead and organize maintenance crews
-Schedule and oversee garden and property maintenance
-Ensure high standards of care and presentation
-Train crew members and maintain efficiency
-Communicate with clients and management as needed
Requirements
-Previous experience in hardscaping or landscape maintenance
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Ability to manage a crew and job site
-Valid driver’s license preferred
-Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
