Join our team at Skeena River Lodge, a premier luxury fishing lodge located in the beautiful Northwest British Columbia. We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and guest focused Lodge Assistant to help deliver an exceptional experience for our guests throughout the fishing season.
This is a hands on leadership role for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the lodge.
- Help provide exceptional guest service from arrival to departure.
- Support evening dinner service and beverage service.
- Assist with daily lodge preparation and presentation.
- Work alongside multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional lodge environment.
- Support management with daily operational tasks and guest requests.
- Step in wherever needed to ensure every guest has a outstanding stay.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Passionate about hospitality and guest service.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and a flexible seasonal schedule.
- Organized with strong communication skills.
- Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- A team player who enjoys helping wherever needed.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
- Has a valid Serving It Right Certification
- Has a Class 5 Drivers License
