We are a mixed farming operation consisting of grain, hay, and cattle. Applicants must be willing and able to move between different areas of the farm as seasonal demands change and assist wherever needed. Any additional training that may be required will be provided.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Operating, maintaining, and servicing farm equipment
- Performing general farm labor and daily farm operations
- Shop and yard maintenance
- Maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
- Training and assisting other employees when required
- Keeping accurate and concise records
Applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of current farming experience in grain, cattle, and hay production
- Be mechanically inclined
- Hold a valid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 3 years of Class 1 driving experience
- Be dependable and able to follow instructions
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities when needed
- Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills

This is a non-smoking farm. Only candidates with a valid work permit will be considered. No LMIA is available.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
