Job Overview
Sparkle Heavenly Cleaning Corp. is currently hiring experienced Post-Construction Cleaners to perform Phase 3 (Touch-Up / Inspection-Ready Cleaning) on completed construction and renovation projects.
This role focuses on final detailing, spot cleaning, and presentation-level finishes prior to client handover, inspections, or occupancy. Precision, speed, and attention to detail are essential.
Scope of Work – Phase 3 Only
(This role does NOT include debris removal or heavy construction cleaning)
- Spot cleaning walls, doors, and trim
- Touch-up wiping of baseboards, ledges, and surfaces
- Final cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens (already deep-cleaned)
- Polishing fixtures, mirrors, glass, and stainless steel surfaces
- Cleaning interior windows, frames, tracks, and sills (touch-up level)
- Removal of light dust, fingerprints, smudges, and scuffs
- Final vacuuming and mopping as required
- Re-cleaning areas affected by walk-throughs, deficiencies, or last-minute trade work
- Ensuring the unit/site is inspection-ready and move-in ready
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed Phase 3 cleaning according to inspection standards
- Follow site rules, safety guidelines, and project instructions
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
- Identify and report damages or deficiencies immediately
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on site
- Meet strict deadlines and quality expectations
Requirements
- Previous post-construction cleaning experience required
- Specific experience with Phase 3 / touch-up cleaning strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions
- Comfortable working in completed construction environments
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Access to reliable transportation (preferred)
- Steel-toe footwear & basic PPE (preferred)
