Pay Rate: $66.35/hr - $78.32/hr

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects aligned to defined scope, timelines, and budgets

Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status reporting to leadership

Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, risks, issues, and change requests

Analyze business requirements and technical solution options, providing recommendations based on impact and feasibility
-
Track and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, including financial impacts
-
Ensure adherence to enterprise project governance standards, policies, and SDLC practices
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, vendors, and consulting partners
-
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions with stakeholders at all levels
Must Have Requirement:

8–10+ years of project management experience in technology delivery environments
-
Strong experience managing PeopleSoft Financials and/or SAP projects, preferably S/4HANA FICO, MDG, and GR.

Experience within Finance or Financial Systems delivery

Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies

Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC
-
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have:

Experience with SAP (S/4 S/4 FICO, MDG, and Group Reporting) or PeopleSoft Financials systems

General accounting process knowledge

Banking or financial services experience
