We are currently partnering with a leading aerospace company to find an Aircraft Flight Controls Integrator to join their Chief Engineering team.
In this role, you’ll contribute to the design authority of the aircraft, ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations while driving performance, safety, and innovation in flight control systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate flight control system development
- Define requirements and support design modifications
- Drive engineering solutions aligned with safety and program goals
- Support in-service issues, root cause analysis, and improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Flight Controls Systems (design or integration)
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience with certification/airworthiness processes
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
