As Inhaus Surfaces accelerates its growth, we are seeking a talented, detail‑driven Digital Imaging & Color Specialist to join our Production Division. This is a
hands‑on, production‑focused design role where digital craftsmanship directly impacts the quality of finished products delivered to customers. You will work at the intersection of
design, technology, and manufacturing, transforming physical samples into high‑quality digital image files used in industrial‑scale printing. You will be fully trained in our proprietary processes and equipment and will quickly become an essential part of a fast‑moving, results‑driven production environment.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about print reproduction, color science, and digital imaging. You will become the technical color expert responsible for transforming physical flooring samples into production-ready digital décor files while ensuring exceptional color accuracy, repeatability, and print quality across industrial printing systems.

Digitize original physical samples by scanning and creating high‑quality image files for industrial printing

Edit and refine image files using Photoshop to produce final Master Décor Files

Assess printed output and adjust image files to ensure color fidelity, accuracy, and consistency

Develop and refine digital files to achieve exceptional color accuracy

Support daily production workflows to ensure orders are completed on time and to specification

Organize, track, and maintain physical samples through receiving, storage, scanning, and return or disposal

Maintain a precise, well‑organized digital image library
-
Operate specialized scanning and imaging equipment (training provided)

Maintain a clean, well‑organized, and safe work environment

Accurately record work and follow standard operating procedures

Diploma or degree in a related field such as Design, Photography, or Arts
-
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with emphasis on professional image correction and color management.

Understanding of color management workflows (ICC Profiles, RGB, CMYK, LAB)

Understanding of digital print production or prepress workflows

Familiarity with RIP software and industrial printing processes is an asset

Knowledge of color measurement equipment (spectrophotometers, densitometers) is an asset

Understanding of color profiling is an asset

Experience in color management, image reproduction, décor printing, industrial graphics (required)

Experience in digital printing, prepress, photography, or related industries (an asset)

1+ year of experience in digital imaging, design for production, or a related industry (an asset)
