Full-Time Dental Assistant

Pathways Dental Care is looking for a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a modern, fast-paced practice focused on delivering high-quality patient care and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Position Details

Office Hours
- Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for a variety of procedures
- Taking digital x-rays
- Scanning with iTero scanner
- Sterilization and infection control
- Preparing and maintaining operatories
- Assisting with patient care and comfort
- Supporting clinical flow and efficiency
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant certification (required)
- HARP certification
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Experience with Dentrix and/or Oryx is considered an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
