Tapyble is now scaling its B2B offering to real estate brokerages, providing branded team networking solutions that help agents capture leads, track engagement, and modernize how they share their professional identity. We are hiring experienced B2B Sales Executives to lead our outbound sales effort across the US and Canadian markets.
What You'll Do
- Daily outbound cold calling, texting, and B2B relationship building to verified real estate broker owners and managing brokers across the United States and Canada.
- High-volume outbound cold call, email outreach, and live conversations with qualified decision-makers.
- Holding 10–30 live conversations per day with qualified decision-makers.
- Booking and conducting meetings via Zoom/Google Meet.
- Closing B2B team deals using Tapyble's contract and payment process.
- Logging all calls, conversations, demos, and outcomes in the company CRM.
- Submit end-of-day performance reports in the team channel.
- Coordinating with the Tapyble team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Located in the United States or Canada with valid work authorization
- Minimum 1 year of phone-based B2B sales experience
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and rejection
- Familiar with Google Workspace and standard CRM tools
- Reliable internet, personal laptop or PC, webcam, and quiet workspace
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable
- Experience in real estate, B2B SaaS, or technology sales is a plus
Compensation Structure
This is a 1099 independent contractor role with performance-based compensation. Sales Executives earn commission on every closed deal. A base salary is added on top of commission after consistent performance milestones are reached. Realistic annual earnings range start from $36,000 USD based on individual performance.
All sales tools, dialer, lead lists, CRM access, and training are provided at no cost to the contractor.
