BANFF MADTOURS is a growing local tour company specializing in small-group tours to Banff National Park and the Canadian Rockies. We are passionate about providing personalized experiences, outstanding customer service, and unforgettable memories for travellers from around the world.
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and responsible individuals to join our team as Tour Guide / Drivers.
No previous tour guiding experience is required. We provide training for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Valid Alberta Class 4 Driver’s Licence
- Clean driver’s abstract.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to speak Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking to groups.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays during the busy season.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive guests between Calgary, Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Johnston Canyon and other destinations.
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, friendly, and professional experience.
- Share interesting stories, history, and information about the Canadian Rockies (training provided)
- Keep tours running smoothly and on schedule.
- Ensure guests’ safety and comfort throughout the trip.
- Perform basic vehicle cleanliness checks before and after each tour.
