In this role, you will not be managing marketing campaigns or running social media. Instead, you will be on the front lines: identifying companies that need hiring help, pitching our staffing solutions to decision-makers, and closing contracts. If you are a self-starter motivated by a commission structure, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
Hunt for New Business: Actively prospect, cold call, and network to find businesses needing temporary, permanent, or contract staffing solutions.
Pitch Decision Makers: Connect with HR Managers, Directors, and Business Owners to present our agency’s value proposition.
Close the Deal: Negotiate terms and secure signed contracts (Service Agreements) with new clients.
Account Transition: Smoothly hand off newly signed clients to our internal recruitment team to fill their open jobs.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Proven B2B Sales Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or business development (staffing industry experience is a huge plus).
Closing Mentality: A track record of moving prospects through a sales pipeline and securing signatures.
Resilience & Drive: High comfort level with rejection and a persistent, competitive attitude.
Excellent Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build quick rapport with corporate executives.
