We are looking for an individual that can take instruction and work well to accomplish goals set out each day.
*Weekend Availability Required*
Daily duties would be to maintain the property through,
- Grounds maintenance
- Pick up and remove trash and debris from the property and dispose of it appropriately on a daily basis
- Maintain and clean pools, hot tubs, cold plunges and saunas to ensure optimal function and hygiene.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on BBQs, kayaks, bikes, and paddle-boards to keep them guest-ready.
- Keep beach areas and sand well-groomed and debris-free.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of outdoor furniture, lounging areas, and shared spaces.
- Assist with general property upkeep as needed.
The ideal candidate would be able to work both by themselves and with a team. Also be able to work amongst customers in a professional setting.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
