Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated AZ Driver to join our logistics team. The AZ Driver will be responsible for safely shunting and shuttle freight and ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high safety standards. This role is vital in supporting our commitment to efficient supply chain operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations, heavy equipment operation, and vehicle maintenance, contributing to the seamless movement of goods.
Duties
- Safely Shunt and Shuttle with AZ licensing to transport freight over short
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load securement.
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as required, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including manifests, bills of lading, and delivery receipts.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting minor mechanical issues to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations.
- Operate heavy equipment safely when required for freight handling or loading activities.
Skills
- Valid AZ commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- 3 Years AZ Experience
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and securement techniques.
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and clients.
- Physical ability to perform vehicle inspections regularly.

Shift: Monday to Thursday 6pm to 6am and Sunday 11pm to 6am
Pay: $27.50 per hour
