Summary
Panoramic Properties is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner / Janitorial Support Staff to join our growing team across the Niagara Region. This is an opportunity for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented residential properties.
We are looking for someone who is physically capable, dependable, and committed to high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
- Strong attention to detail for thorough cleaning and sanitizing of residential units and common areas
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be able to travel across the Niagara Region (Niagara Falls to St. Catharines)
- Valid G2 or G driver’s license required (G license preferred)
- Previous experience as a cleaner, janitor, or custodian is considered a strong asset
- Ability to work independently and follow schedules efficiently
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
Responsibilities
- Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness of residential units and common areas.
- Conduct regular cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitation.
- Ensure all cleaning standards are met consistently to uphold property quality.
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
- Collaborate with property management staff to address specific cleaning needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols during all custodial activities.
- Contribute to a positive and professional environment for tenants and staff.
Qualifications
- Proven custodial or cleaning experience in residential or commercial settings preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Preferred: experience with commercial cleaning services.
- Ability to handle physical workload including lifting and bending.
