Overview
Tandem Physiotherapy & Wellness is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors in a collaborative clinical environment.
This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, evidence-based treatment, and teamwork with other healthcare professionals to support the best outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide case management, including referrals and coordination with community resources
- Support patients and families through education and therapeutic guidance
- Stay up to date with best practices and developments in mental health care
Qualifications
- Experience working with children and/or families is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team
- Experience in private practice or healthcare settings is preferred
License & Registration
- Fully licensed Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
- Must have completed all required Direct Client Hours and Clinical Supervision Hours for independent practice
- Eligible to practice independently in Ontario for Direct Billing.

Pay: $80,000.00-$96,000.00 per year
