ADM DAIRY INC Manufacturer of dairy products for south Asian, middle eastern as well as main stream .
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and fostering relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in Dairy product and or Food product sales, and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions in retail grocery stores , distributors and chain stores .
- Conduct business development activities to identify new leads and opportunities for growth. must have hands on experience .
- Call the stores , take the orders , Merchandising , make sure orders delivered in time .Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and analyze performance metrics.
- Engage in outside sales efforts, including attending industry events and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, if applicable, to enhance customer relations.
Experience
- Proven experience in dairy/food product sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and market conditions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Experience in outside sales or account management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage but not required.
