Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our work sites, supporting the smooth operation of projects, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by carrying out basic tasks as directed
- Perform general maintenance and cleanup duties to ensure safety standards are met
- Help with site setup and breakdown for different projects
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Operate basic tools and equipment as needed, with proper training provided
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual labor roles is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
