Your Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally at the front desk
- Welcome new and returning patients with care and attentiveness
- Schedule and manage appointments for multiple therapists
- Operate POS transactions and handle payment processes
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and online messages efficiently
- Educate clients on our services and treatment options
- Use clinic software to manage records and schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with basic clinic upkeep
- Support inventory and supply management
- Perform manager-assigned tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage time well
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Clinic customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Familiarity with basic medical terms is an asset
- Genuine interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Willingness to learn and grow continuously
- Creative mindset and problem-solving ability
