Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role is essential in supporting our operations and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Duties
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, demo, and moving equipment & furniture.
- Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties, providing support as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as required for specific tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
- Drive company vehicle between jobs & waste disposal facility.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of construction or labor practices is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
