Connective is a dynamic non-profit organization that provides innovative programming in the social services sector. We strive to create safe, healthy, and inclusive communities for all.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Restorative Justice Affected Parties Case Worker is a new position funded through the British Columbia Civil Forfeiture Grant Program. It will significantly expand the program’s capacity with a specific focus on supporting affected parties and their supporters throughout the restorative justice process. This role will support the Restorative Justice Team in programmatic operations, predominantly case management of affected parties involved. This is a dedicated role centered on enhancing support for those affected by crime, which includes leading intake assessments, working as mentor on cases, and creating individualized case plans. Under the direction and supervision of the Program Manager, the Affected Parties Case Worker will work with individuals who have been harmed to build restorative processes around their needs and prepare them for restorative circles and other healing processes.
