Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in locating products and answering their inquiries
- Receiving duties and responsibilities as required
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves, rotation of produce and ensure products are properly displayed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the manager for restocking needs
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
Requirements:
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) and CAO systems
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change
- Knowledge of technical sales, such as electronics or appliances, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and maintain a tidy store
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Upselling skills to promote additional products or services

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
