Our restaurant is seeking experienced and friendly individuals to join our team as a Host/Hostess. The ideal candidate is capable of performing a wide variety of duties, including greeting customers, seating them and making recommendations. The right candidate will also have prior experience with credit card transactions, have a passion for customer service and enjoy working as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and make them feel comfortable.
- Respond to customer needs in a timely manner.
- Set up and clean tables.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and refunds.
