Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Turkish Speaking Grocery Associate to join our retail team. This individually will be considered to manage the store. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining store organization, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for retail sales and customer engagement.
Duties
- Assist customers in locating products and answer their questions with professionalism and courtesy
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain proper product placement through merchandising techniques
- Upsell related products to increase sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including aisles and checkout areas
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills (English and Italian) are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base

Pay: $19.20-$25.68 per hour
