Airport Ford Lincoln is expanding and currently seeking an experienced (min. 2 year) and professional Service Advisor to join our fast paced environment, in the Service department!
Job Responsibilities
- Self-motivated, with a high energy level and enthusiastic attitude
- Listen to each customer and clearly articulate repair needs to technicians
- Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
- Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
- Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- A team player
Job requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Quorum experienced considered an asset but not required
- Previous Service Advisor experience (min 2 year)
- Valid Driver’s license
- Positive attitude
- Problem solver
- Must be available to work some Saturdays
