Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IV Nurse ( Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Bachelor of Nursing (BN) ), to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing specialized intravenous therapy in a medical clinic setting The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication, and a compassionate approach to care delivery. Proficiency and accuracy in IV placement is an absolute must.
Duties
- Administer IV Iron therapy, including fluids, medications, precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Taking and recording vitals
- Monitor patient responses to IV treatments and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures using LibreMD EMR
- Educate patients and their families regarding IV therapy processes
- Recognize early signs of complications or adverse reactions related to IV therapy
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and maintain a sterile environment during procedures
Requirements
- Valid RN, LPN, or BN license
- Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and IV therapy techniques
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems LibreMD is preferred but not require
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively within The Gray Clinic team
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on delivering personalized patient-centered services

Pay: $37.50-$40.00 per hour
