Carpenter - WINMAR® Brockville is expanding and looking for an energetic and self-motivated general carpenter to join our team. This position is full-time and offers a strong compensation package based on experience and expertise. We are looking for a well-rounded individual with at least 3 years experience.
Responsibilities and Performance Expectations include:
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques
- Proficient in the use of electrical and manual tools as well as measurement devices (powered saws, hammers, laser levels).
- Can complete work with a high level of accuracy and efficiently.
- Uses logic and reason to identify solutions.
- Is able to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job
- Accurately measurements and calculates the size and amount of material needed.
- Cuts, shapes and finishes lumber and other materials according to measurements.
- Must work well in team environment and be flexible to changing requirements.
- Must have a good work ethic
- Manages time efficiently and work independently
- Posses’ and maintains a clean drivers’ license
- Clean criminal records check
Minimum years of experience: 5
