We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. Duties
- Support the Store owner in overseeing daily operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales strategies
- Supervise staff performance
- Merchandise showroom
- Design frames with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage POS systems, cash handling accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract customers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, merchandising,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of marketing techniques, sales management, and store operations
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service excellence, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Art & Design. Custom Framing, large format printing and photoshop
