Interweave Media Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to own and evolve the digital strategy for our diverse portfolio of clients, as well as our own brand. You'll be the architect behind campaigns that generate real, measurable results.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll take the lead on all things digital, from search engine strategy and paid advertising to web performance and analytics reporting. You'll work closely with our account and creative teams to ensure every campaign is optimized for maximum impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies for both clients and Interweave internally
- Oversee SEO strategy including on-page optimization, copy writing, technical audits, content direction, and link-building initiatives
- Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns and Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite
- Manage and optimize client and internal Google Business Profile listings, including updates, local SEO optimization, review management, posting strategies, and performance monitoring to improve local search visibility and engagement
- Manage and maintain client websites ensuring content is current, landing pages are optimized, and technical health is strong
- Collaborate with our creative division to develop ad copy, landing pages, and digital assets aligned with campaign goals
- Conduct competitor research and audience analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Manage monthly and campaign-level ad budgets; optimize spend allocation for best ROI
- Prepare clear, client-ready performance reports with insights and next-step recommendations
- Stay current with algorithm updates, platform changes, and industry best practices
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console
- Solid understanding of SEO principles
- Experience building, managing and updating websites (WordPress experience is a strong asset)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make confident recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously
- Google Ads certification and/or Meta Blueprint certification is an asset
