Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to serve as Foster Parents, providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children in need. This role involves caring for children of various ages, supporting their emotional and physical well-being, and collaborating with social services to ensure their best interests are met. Foster Parents play a vital role in helping children heal from trauma and develop into healthy, confident individuals. This requires a 24/7 position, 7 days a week in your home.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, stable, and loving home environment for children in foster care.
- Support the emotional, educational, and physical needs of foster children.
- Supervise daily activities, including meals, homework, and recreational activities.
- Attend regular training sessions and maintain compliance with licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with caseworkers, counselors, and other professionals involved in the child's care plan.
- Maintain detailed records of the child's progress and any incidents or concerns.
- Advocate for the child's needs within the family and community settings.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old and pass background checks.
- Demonstrated supervisory or caregiving experience is preferred.
- Ability to provide a stable, nurturing environment that promotes growth and development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with professionals and families.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of children with diverse backgrounds and circumstances.

Pay: $16.26-$29.81 per day
