JAL Enterprises is a well-established B2B wholesale and distribution company. We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team and help support various projects, including new business expansion.

Hours
Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wage
$27/hour
Probationary period: 4 weeks at a base wage of $18/hour
Qualifications
Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents
Strong English communication skills are required
Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, sales support, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with website-based business operations
Experience with ERP systems such as BusinessVision or Odoo
French or Chinese language skills are an asset
Having your own vehicle is preferred
Korean Speaking
Key Responsibilities
Managing purchase orders with overseas vendors, including vendors in North America, China, Japan, and other regions
Coordinating import shipments and handling customs-related documentation
Supporting sales operations and general office administration
Assisting with accounting, tax, and other administrative tasks
Entering orders and maintaining system data
Managing inventory
Responding to customer inquiries by email and phone in English
