Line Cook Responsibilities
- Follow recipes on the preparation, arrangement and plating of dishes per the current menu
- Adhere to culinary standards and regulations
- Assist with design of new menu choices based on seasonal ingredients and customer demand
- Track, record and replenish inventory as needed
Skills
Passion for the industry in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Experience preparing comfort cuisine/from scratch cooking
Ability to stand for long periods of time
High level of creativity and reliability
