We are a from scratch, small bakery based in the Waterloo region. For over 30 years we have been the community leaders in quality European artisan style baking. We are currently looking for a committed and passionate baker with experience.
About the Role:
-Full time position, 4-5 days (Sunday - Friday)
-Afternoon / Evening Shift, Typically 4:00pm - 1:00am
-Hands on involvement in from scratch artisan baking
-Responsible for maintaining our high quality standard of baking
-Pay is according to experience
Requirements:
-Need to be able to work in a team setting and ensure consistency together.
-Must come with artisan baking experience
-Must have an understanding of the start to finish baking process from mixing to shaping to baking.
-Need to be able to lead some potentially less experience bakers in the future.
