About the Role: BGM Dance Studio is looking for an energetic and organized Course Consultant to join our team! You will be the first point of contact for our students and the key to building our inclusive dance community. We aren't just looking for an admin; we need a "people person" who can guide new students (especially beginners) to find the right class and help the studio achieve its growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Consultation: Actively respond to inquiries (WeChat, IG, Email, Walk-ins), understand student needs, and recommend suitable courses/programs to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Greet every student with high energy. Build relationships with students to turn "drop-ins" into long-term members.
- Operations: Manage class schedules, check-in students, and ensure the booking system is accurate.
- Community Vibe: Assist with filming class videos (content creation) and maintain a tidy, welcoming studio environment ("Studio Visualization").
- Admin Support: Assist the Studio Manager with daily administrative tasks, payment processing, and special project coordination (e.g., MV shoots, showcases).
Qualifications:
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English is a MUST (Verbal & Written).
- Experience: Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Front Desk roles. Experience in the fitness/dance/education industry is a strong asset.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills – you are not afraid to chat with strangers and make them feel comfortable.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Basic knowledge of social media (WeChat/Red/Instagram) is a plus.
- Attitude: A "Can-do" attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for dance or K-pop culture.
