Flexible Student/New Grad Role | Health, Bioscience, Business, Marketing & Operations Exposure
We are a health/biomedical company looking for a reliable, practical, and personable Part-Time General Assistant to help with a broad mix of administrative, operational, personal-assistant-style, marketing, outreach, and business support tasks.
This is first and foremost a hands-on assistant role. The ideal person is flexible, organized, dependable, and comfortable helping wherever needed. Some tasks may be simple and practical, such as errands, deliveries, office organization, appointment coordination, or preparing materials. Other tasks may provide exposure to healthcare, bioscience, biotechnology, marketing, client communication, sales support, and business development.
This role may be a good fit for a student or recent graduate in life sciences, biomedical sciences, health sciences, business, marketing, communications, kinesiology, psychology, public health, biotechnology, or a related field who wants flexible part-time work while gaining real-world exposure to a health-related business.
Role Overview
This is a flexible, part-time, as-needed position for someone who is willing to take on a variety of tasks. The role may include a mix of:
- General administrative support
- Errands, deliveries, pickups, and practical coordination tasks
- Office organization and operational support
- Preparing marketing materials, brochures, packages, or event supplies
- Supporting clinic, physician office, practitioner, or community outreach
- Assisting with health/biomedical business development activities

- Conducting basic online research related to healthcare, biotechnology, competitors, clinics, practitioners, or market opportunities
- Helping prepare for meetings, events, networking activities, or presentations
- Assisting senior staff with day-to-day tasks that keep the business moving
The work will vary depending on business needs. Some days may involve computer-based work, research, marketing support, or communications. Other days may involve errands, in-person coordination, office tasks, or helping prepare for outreach activities.

- Reliable, punctual, and responsive
