Are you a motivated leader with a passion for exceptional customer service and team development? Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop is looking for an enthusiastic Barbershop Manager to lead our talented team and create an outstanding experience for every guest.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of barbers and front-end staff.
Recruit, train, and develop team members.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Manage daily shop operations, scheduling, and staffing.
Monitor sales, productivity, and shop performance.
Maintain Tommy Gun's brand standards and a clean, welcoming environment.
Help drive business growth through community engagement and team motivation.
What We're Looking For
Previous management or leadership experience (barbershop, salon, or retail preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A positive, team-first attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service excellence is a must.
Barbering experience is an asset but not required.
