Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Welder/Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components according to detailed blueprints and schematics. Your expertise will help ensure the quality and precision of our structural products while adhering to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale manufacturing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Perform welding with precision to join metal parts securely.
- Use plasma cutters, hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble materials.
- Measure dimensions accurately using calipers, rulers, and other measuring devices to ensure proper fit and alignment.
- Operate cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment safely for material handling and positioning during fabrication processes.
- Conduct quality inspections of welds and fabricated components to meet strict standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety protocols related to welding, machining, and construction activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in welding (MIG ) within a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Mechanical knowledge of fabrication processes, schematics, and blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with rigging, crane operation, plasma cutting, press brake machines, and machining tools.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measurement instruments accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to welding, fabrication, rigging, and heavy equipment operation.
- Previous construction or manufacturing experience is preferred; certification in forklift operation is a plus.

Pay: $29.00-$36.00 per hour
