Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative based out of our Lively office to help us service our customer base across Northern Ontario. Experience in the commercial and construction industry would be considered an asset.
Roles & Responsibilities
Representative will be responsible for completing Customer Service Duties as needed, including responding to inbound calls and emails from existing and potential customers, making outbound calls to existing and potential customers, assist with setting up new sites and services in company database, assist in resolving minor customer disputes, and working with the Sales, Logistics, and Operations departments to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

- Previous Customer Service experience
- Strong phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system would be considered an asset
- Experience with Trux software would be considered an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs required
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential
