Alongside our commercial work, we’ve become a trusted creative partner for many centre-right grassroots and political organizations across Canada and the U.S., helping them launch persuasive digital campaigns, mobilize supporters, and tell their stories with clarity and impact. A significant portion of our work involves partnering with centre-right grassroots organizations, policy advocates, and political figures across Canada and the U.S. Applicants don’t need previous political experience, but should be comfortable working for centre-right causes such as libertarians, conservatives, free-market initiatives.
We’re looking for a creative, internet-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Strategist who loves turning ideas into engaging content. You’ll help our clients grow their audiences through compelling visuals, short-form videos, persuasive copy, and creative storytelling across multiple platforms.
This role is perfect for someone who’s naturally curious, keeps up with social media trends, enjoys experimenting with AI tools, and can move quickly without sacrificing quality.

What You’ll Do
Content Creation
Create engaging social media content including graphics, carousels, reels, short-form videos, memes, infographics, and other platform-specific content that captures attention and communicates ideas clearly.
Copywriting & Storytelling
Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts, headlines, and calls-to-action that encourage engagement while maintaining each client’s unique voice.
Content Strategy
Help develop monthly content calendars, campaign concepts, and platform strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
AI-Assisted Content Production
Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, and other emerging AI platforms to brainstorm ideas, accelerate production, and improve efficiency while carefully reviewing every output for accuracy, originality, and quality.
Social Media Management
Schedule content, monitor performance, assist with community engagement, and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Trend Research
Stay on top of emerging platform trends, new features, viral formats, and cultural moments, identifying opportunities that can benefit our clients.
Collaboration
Work closely with our designers, developers, and project managers to ensure campaigns remain cohesive across web, email, advertising, and social channels.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of experience working in an agency environment.
- Design Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
- AI Prompting & Quality Control: Highly proficient at structuring prompts to maximize output, paired with the critical eye to detect and eliminate "AI slop," visual artifacts, and robotic copy.
- Self-Management & Communication: You are comfortable managing your own projects, timelines, and communicating with clients directly.
- Problem Solver & Adaptable: Comfortable learning new tools, tackling unfamiliar challenges, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, evolving agency setting.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of design fundamentals and examples of web projects/layouts.
- Communication: Strong communication skills for working with clients and our team. An outgoing personality who enjoys networking is an asset.
- Good Team Vibes: We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We’re a lighthearted group that likes to joke around in Teams, and we want someone who can naturally gel with that dynamic.

We’ll give extra consideration to candidates who have experience with:
- Building Custom GPTs, Google Gems, or other AI-powered workflows
- Photography, videography, or motion graphics
- Political or advocacy communications
- Running paid social campaigns
- Basic animation in After Effects
