Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Coordinator to support an experienced Account Manager in managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the account management and sales process.
This role is designed as a development position, offering hands-on experience in sales and account management with a clear pathway to grow into an independent Account Manager role.
The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist an Account Manager in managing existing client accounts
- Support the preparation of quotes, proposals, and client presentations
- Handle administrative tasks related to account management (CRM updates, data entry, scheduling)
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients
- Assist with initial client outreach and follow-ups under guidance
- Help prepare account reports and performance summaries
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams (operations, marketing, logistics, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Support execution of account plans and client initiatives
Training & Development Path
This position is structured as a growth role. The Junior Sales Coordinator will:
- Receive direct mentorship from an experienced Account Manager
- Gain exposure to full account lifecycles (onboarding → retention → upselling)
- Develop communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Progress toward an independent Account Manager role based on performance
Requirements
- Strong interest in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Comfortable working with CRM systems or willingness to learn
- Basic proficiency in Apple applications
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Fluency in English; proficiency in second language is an asset
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Previous internship or experience in sales, customer service, or administration

Pay: $38,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
