We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on Videographer & Photographer who thrives in dynamic outdoor environments (landscaping and construction sites) and can also handle straightforward product photography for our e-commerce catalog. If you can plan, shoot, edit, and deliver, not just press record, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do
- On-Site Production: Shoot dynamic video and photo content focusing on landscaping, construction, and real estate projects.
- Product & Catalog: Capture clear, high-quality, and color-accurate photos of landscaping materials (bricks, stones, pavers, etc.) for our website and e-commerce needs. (Focus is on accurately capturing texture and true color).
- Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment: DSLR / mirrorless cameras, gimbals, audio gear, and basic lighting setups.
- Post-Production: Edit video content (short/long-form) and perform photo retouching (color correction, cropping, basic clean-up) for social media, marketing, and catalog listings.
- Drone Operation: Capture cinematic drone footage for outdoor projects (certification is a major plus).
- Logistics: Safely navigate active job sites, adapt to changing weather/lighting, and drive between multiple project locations as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Mandatory Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating BOTH videography and photography skills (Applications without a portfolio will NOT be reviewed).
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle to commute between sites.
- Experience: Proven experience filming landscaping, construction, architecture, or real estate. Experience with basic product/catalog photography is a plus.
- Editing Skills: Comfortable editing videos (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut) AND doing standard photo editing (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to ensure product colors match reality.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with cameras and stabilization gear. Solid understanding of natural lighting and basic artificial lighting to capture the texture of physical materials.
- Bonus / Big Plus:
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation, AI image generation, or creative AI tools.
- Professionalism: Reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and communicate clearly with the team.
What We Offer
- Pay: Competitive hourly pay: $18.00 – $30.00 / hour, based on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time Contract. While the core schedule is Monday–Friday, flexibility is required as occasional weekend (Saturday/Sunday) shoots will be necessary based on project timelines and weather conditions.
